The washed process preserves the clean sweetness and complexity that Rwandan Bourbon—planted across nearly the entire country—naturally expresses through rich red clay soil and meticulous picking and sorting. Expect layered sweetness balanced by sparkling acidity, with distinct notes of cranberry, dried apricot, marzipan, and lemon meringue.
