Honduras La Tortuga

La Tortuga comes from La Paz, Marcala in Honduras at 1500–1600 m elevation, representing 30 years of partnership with producers Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera. The washed process and raised-bed drying preserve the brightness and clarity of this SL-28 variety, which Marysabel's family has adapted thoughtfully to Honduran terroir. Expect red apple acidity, dried dates, and caramel sweetness—a refined expression of Honduras' established place among world coffee origins. This is coffee built on generational commitment and meticulous craft.
