The honey process—pulping and sun-drying with the sticky fruit coating intact—delivers intense sweetness that amplifies the malt and guava character alongside subtle florals. This micro lot showcases how careful fermentation control and fruit contact can elevate regional terroir into a memorable, balanced cup.
