Jose Jijon and his father Pepe established Fincas del Putushio as a high-elevation farm in a new region, leveraging lessons learned from developing Finca El Soledad. The washed process and altitude-driven cultivation yield a cup distinguished by exceptional cleanliness and refined elegance—the opposite of heavy or rustic. This second release represents a thoughtful, hands-on approach to terroir expression rather than commodity volume.
