From the Banko Chelchele washing station in Ethiopia's Gedeb district near Chelchele, this reserve lot aggregates harvests from multiple smallholder farmers in the Gedeo zone—often classified under the broader Yirgacheffe regional designation. The washed process highlights a classically refined profile: floral and honey aromatics on the nose with subtle toasted coconut, followed by a balanced cup of white peach, tangerine, and melon. This is refined, fruit-forward Ethiopian coffee that drinks with clarity and restraint.
