Recognizing the exceptional quality and volume of her recent harvest, Sookoo Coffee's sourcing team selected this lot for dedicated separation and export as a single-producer offering. The natural process contributes fruit-forward character and body typical of Ethiopian naturals. This coffee represents both producer recognition and the transition of a trusted community supply into a standalone, traceable single-origin.
