This washed coffee comes from farmers in the Bookkisa kebele who deliver to Ture Waji's processing site in Odo Shakiso, Ethiopia's Guji zone. Ture is celebrated for dry processing mastery, but this lot demonstrates his equal skill with washed coffees. The cup opens with bright Meyer lemon and ripe melon, finishing with hop-like florals—signature Guji character executed with precision and clarity.
