Kerehaklu Peaberry
Kerehaklu Estate in India produces this exceptional peaberry microlot from the early-ripening Selection 9 variety, harvested during the 2025–26 season. The coffee undergoes a sequential fermentation protocol: float-sorted cherries rest overnight, then are pulped and fermented in mossto-enriched water before demucilaging and drying. The specialized milling required for peaberries meant these lots were processed separately earlier in the harvest cycle. This particular microlot was reserved specifically for Passenger Coffee after Pranoy's recommendation during their visit—a coffee refined enough to stand apart from India's top specialty roaster menus.
