This washed lot represents smallholder deliveries to the Raro Boda washing station in Guji's Uraga woreda, operated through SNAP Specialty Coffee—a producer network founded in 2008 by renowned coffee maker Negusse Debela. The washed process emphasizes the region's natural clarity and floral character. Expect honeysuckle and bergamot aromatics that carry through to the cup, balanced by apricot, cherry, Meyer lemon, and tangerine notes—a refined expression of what makes Ethiopian Guji distinctive.
