Named for the wild blackberries that once thrived there, the farm operates an on-site eco-conscious wet mill and maintains 70% forest cover with strong community investment. This washed Pacamara displays bright, juicy acidity reminiscent of tangerine, layered with strawberry sweetness and balanced by a smooth dark chocolate finish—a coffee that reflects both terroir and the farm's commitment to sustainable practices.
