From Halo Beriti Washing Station in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, this coffee grows at 1600–2400 masl in shade under the region's warm tropical climate. The lot undergoes washed processing with exceptional care—hand-sorted repeatedly during receiving and drying to ensure only perfect beans are bagged. Expect crisp, smooth honeydew, bright key lime pie notes, and a pleasantly creamy mouthfeel that lingers. This is meticulous single-origin work from a station serving 750 smallholder organic producers.
