Rubirizi Hill

This washed Red Bourbon originates from smallholders on Rubirizi Hill in Gitega, Burundi, at 1,750 meters elevation within a broader 1,500–1,800 meter production zone. The Bukeye Washing Station, operated by Long Miles Coffee, brings consistent quality and transparency to the region through careful processing. In the cup, the coffee delivers a smooth, balanced profile with black tea notes, bittersweet pomelo acidity, and a maple-syrup sweetness that lingers through the finish.
