From northern Peru's El Morito collective of 150+ smallholder producers, this washed coffee is quality-assured by grower Lenin Flores. The washed process brings clarity to the cup, revealing black cherry and peach notes layered with caramel sweetness and dark chocolate. A balanced, approachable medium roast that represents both the producers' commitment to quality and the regional terroir of northern Peru.
