CML is a three-origin natural-process blend combining Peru, Papua New Guinea, and Rwanda Dukorere coffees designed for milk-based espresso. While the roaster expected stronger fruit notes, the blend instead delivers brightness with distinctive cinnamon-crunch and cereal-milk sweetness in the finish. It excels as traditional lever shots with steamed milk, offering a balanced, milk-friendly profile that prioritizes smoothness and comfort flavors over intensity.
