Ethiopia Guji Hambela Benti Natural Swiss Water Decaf

From Benti Nenka village in Guji, Ethiopia (1900–2180 masl), this natural-process decaf was grown by smallholder farmers and dried on raised beds before Swiss Water decaffeination. Brewmaster J found white sugar, dark berry, and black tea leading the cup, with tame funk and a tea-like finish typical of high-altitude Guji coffees. It shines as pour-over (V60 recommended at 93°C) and maintains the fruit-forward character many seek in naturally processed decafs while keeping the Swiss Water processing note subtle.
