From Sidama's Arbegona region at 2150m, this JARC 74158 varietal was dried on raised beds using natural processing, which amplifies its delicate floral and berry character. Roasted exceptionally light (140.0), it demands proper rest (minimum 5 weeks) and careful extraction to avoid hay notes—get it right and you'll find blueberry and strawberry forward with purple florals and a subtle black tea base. Produced by Mullugeta Muntasha, a Cup of Excellence finalist who returned to his home village of Bursa to establish his own drying station, this lot represents emerging quality from a region newly devoted to coffee cultivation.
