From Jinotega's Northern Highlands at 1300–1600 masl, this decaf blends seven varietals (Catuaí, Caturra, Caturra Estrella, Pacamara, Pacas, Pache, Yellow Bourbon) grown by Gold Mountain Coffee Growers Cooperative and processed at Finca Idealista. The full carbonic maceration process—double fermented and dried in cherry—creates a syrupy, funky cup with wildberry jam and honey notes. You'll find berries and baker's chocolate upfront with a spice undertone; the roaster recommends pulling back on extraction to let those berry notes shine without roastiness. Limited SWP series worth exploring if you want a decaf that tastes like something, not like nothing.
