From Bukure in Rulindo, Rwanda (1800–2200m), this lot showcases the meticulous work of Nova Coffee, a women-centered washing station founded by a nurse and pharmacist committed to community uplift. The natural process—18 days of sun-drying on raised beds with close monitoring—brings ripe stonefruit, blueberry, blackberry jam, and floral rose notes to the cup. Bourbon varietal. A rare experimental lot that combines technical precision with social purpose: farmers adjacent to the station produced these cherries with Nova's agronomic support, resulting in a coffee that tastes as intentional as it was grown.
