Produced by Boneya Robe on a small 2-hectare garden at 2,450 masl in Gedeb, Gedeo, this Ethiopian Landrace was hand-picked at peak ripeness (above 20 Brix) and processed with unusual care: held in-cherry for 12 hours, then split between dry and wet fermentation (12 hours each) before meticulous hand-washing and shade-drying. The result is bright and fruit-forward—ripe peach and watermelon with a sweet tea finish—showcasing how elevation and selective fermentation can elevate Ethiopia's wild coffee genetics into something distinctly transparent and alive.
