From Chorso Bule, a new site in the prestigious Gedeb region at 2,450 meters—some of Ethiopia's highest elevations—this Ethiopian Landrace offers peach tea, melon, and jasmine in the cup. The washed process involves careful hand-selection, flotation, a 24-hour in-cherry hold, and dual fermentation (dry for 24 hours, then wet for 12 without submersion) before 10–14 days on raised beds.
