Victor Dota's inaugural exportable harvest comes from his tiny 0.5-hectare farm in Seraguro, Ecuador, planted with just 400 Mejorado vines at 1,950 masl. Hand-picked at peak ripeness and carefully processed—floated for defect removal, dry-fermented 24 hours, washed, then dried 15 days on raised beds—this lot showcases what makes Mejorado (a Bourbon-Ethiopian Landrace cross) so compelling.
