This coffee comes from the Hingakawa group, 740 women farmers within Rwanda's Abakundakawa Cooperative, whose work represents restoration and reconciliation after the Rwandan civil war. The cooperative itself, founded in 1999 by 100 farmers, has grown to represent over 6,000 growers processing at the Minazi and Rushashi washing stations. The cup delivers nectarine, papaya, and maple syrup notes with a bright, layered sweetness that reflects the collective's commitment to quality. This is coffee with purpose and flavor depth.
