Karimikui is a natural-processed microlot from Kenya, where washed coffees traditionally dominate. Founder Peter Njogu of Rockbern Coffee proposed this experimental natural process to Karimikui's leadership—the cherries ferment intact during drying, concentrating fruit character. The cup delivers strawberry sweetness and crisp red currant with a structured black tea backbone, showcasing the complexity that natural processing brings to Kenya's signature profile.
