Ethiopia Habtamu Fikadu, Washed Kurume & Wolisho

From Chelbesa in Ethiopia's Gedeo zone, this coffee comes from Habtamu Fikadu's network of processing sites serving smallholder outgrowers. Kurume and Wolisho are JARC varieties bred for disease resistance, washed via 48–72 hour submerged fermentation followed by 12-hour water rest and 10–12 days of raised-bed drying. The result is a big, juicy, classic Yirgacheffe profile that impressed on the cupping table. High elevation and meticulous processing technique deliver the clarity and vibrancy Gedeb is known for.
