From Sidamo, Ethiopia's storied coffee region in the Great Rift Valley, this natural-process coffee comes from smallholder farms averaging under five hectares, often grown organically alongside food crops. Handpicked cherries are naturally processed and sun-dried on raised beds for up to two weeks with careful sorting and turning. The cup opens bright with plum and nectarine, grounded by warm black tea notes and a clean finish—a vivid expression of Sidamo's ancient varieties and high-altitude microclimate.
