It layers a grounding natural Ethiopian foundation (35%) with equal parts naturally processed Costa Rican black cherry and Colombian dragonfruit co-ferment, plus smaller doses of Pacamara and lychee co-ferment to amplify red-fruit intensity. The result is a candy-bright cup—blue raspberry and cherry popsicle notes, citrus edge, peach-ring sweetness—that stays crushable despite its complexity. Built intentionally around anaerobic and co-fermentation techniques to maximize fruit-forward flavor.
