From Ngozi province in Burundi, this Red Bourbon grows at 2,100m elevation in full sun and undergoes a distinctive double fermentation before drying 20–25 days on traditional raised beds. The washed process highlights the coffee's inherent delicacy: a tea-like cup with soft floral aromatics, melon sweetness, and lively acidity. Light-roasted to preserve these subtle characteristics, it's a standout from an up-and-coming origin where producers demonstrate remarkable quality despite significant economic and political obstacles.
