From the Karambi community in Nyamasheke, Western Rwanda, at 2,100 meters elevation near Lake Kivu, this light-roasted bourbon is a split-process lot combining natural sun-dried and washed coffees. The dual processing amplifies fruit-forward complexity: strawberry and sweet pastry notes lead, with lemon zest brightness and subtle vanilla following.
