From the renowned Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia at 2000m elevation, this lot showcases three traditional heirloom varieties—Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho—processed fully washed to highlight their delicate character. The washed treatment strips away fruit-forward layers to reveal a crisp, floral profile: honeydew sweetness, bright apricot acidity, and distinctive lilac notes that linger. This is classic Yirgacheffe territory—complex and tea-like with the specificity that comes from varietal diversity and high-altitude cultivation.
