This fully washed SL-28 comes from El Cedral in Honduras at 1,680–1,730 meters, a high-altitude zone that develops clean, bright acidity. The washed process strips away fruit pulp to let the bean's inherent character shine through: peach and mandarin notes lead, followed by honeysuckle florality. SL-28 is a cultivar known for complexity and clarity—perfect for filter brewing where you want to taste every note.
